Summary:
We are looking for a General Manager with experience managing, sales, estimating, business development and putting together bids/pricing for Clients, General Contractors, and Sub-Contractors projects.
An experienced manager that can put together a complete competitive bid or negotiate a bid with a customer.
Required Knowledge Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology, Working knowledge of Commercial construction documentation and pricing, able to read plans and specifications and translating them into estimates.
Take offs Price build ups Working knowledge of MS Office (excel) Estimating software Knowledgeable of Commercial Construction principles and processes.
