This candidate will support agency administrative performance, accountability and leadership for the board, administration, employees, community members and all entities that contract or do business with OnPoint.

starting at $50,676 annually, pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate administrative support for the Executive Director.
Provide and coordinate administrative support for the Board of Directors.
Provide administrative support for the Management Team as needed.
Be the liaison with the external marketing/branding consultants.
Assist with the development and changes of agency brochures and clinical forms.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in an office setting required.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to effectively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office software.
Excel, Teams, etc.
