Analyst, Digital Content Optimization

We are currently looking for a Digital Content Optimization Analyst for our new e-Commerce team in Allegan MI.

  • Directly responsible for auditing and analyzing live Perrigo s content online for all retailers vs. the source file in Perrigo s systems to find discrepancies (uses Clavis and other content audit tools). Partners with cross functional teams to ensure clean, updated, and accurate source data to use as a control for auditing content online. Works closely with content optimization coordinator to action findings and ensure actions are taken to resolve. Identifies opportunities to improve process and works closely with IT to estimate efforts for automating process where applicable. Partners with eCommerce Business Intelligence team to develop content audit KPIs and integrates them with overall eCommerce reporting and recommendations.
Knowledge, Experience and Education :
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Marketing or related field is required
  • 5+ years of eCommerce experience - strong experience with Project Management, Content Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web analytics.
  • Experience working with Brick and Click websites, eRetailers and Marketplaces.
  • Experience with Content pages such as PDPs and landing pages.
  • Experience and deep understanding of the Content Development Life Cycle including text/copy, images, videos, pricing, and reviews.
  • Experience performing competitor research and comparison analysis online.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Merchandising and product Category Management.
  • Experience using Project Management software and tools to manage projects including all subtasks, timelines, communication and progress.
  • Experience using Website Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture/Adobe Analytics.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience working within Digital Marketing team including digital strategies, omni channel best practices, eCommerce technologies, and expertise in page performance analytics and monitoring.
  • Experience with helping Digital Marketing team to successfully launch concepts and products to a digital audience.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in consumer package goods industry preferred.
  • Must exhibit leadership and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive action with cross functional teams for improvements and key initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all business units with multiple levels of management.
Major Duties / Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for auditing and analyzing live Perrigo s content online for all retailers vs. the source file in Perrigo s systems to find discrepancies (uses Clavis and other content audit tools). Partners with Operations and IT teams to ensure clean, updated, and accurate source data to use as a control for auditing content online.
  • Accountable for managing auditing criteria ensuring exceptions are flagged and strategies adjusted as data integrity evolves or improves. Ensures content structure and placement is reflected in audit tool including criteria mechanism to ensure clean and reliable audit completion. Develops product content criteria KPIs and configures the corresponding controls in the audit tool to use in the audit of the content online.
  • Owns and maintains software tools required to audit content and owns relationship with IT on adjustments required. Develops a process and KPIs to track and ensure the effectiveness of the software/tool kit against business expectations. Researches and identifies new and/or replacement content audit software/tool kit when needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
