Analyst, eCommerce Analytics and Intelligence

We are currently looking for an eCommerce Analytics and Intelligence Analyst for our Allegan Mi Facility.

  • Responsible for driving the connection of data enabling quick data science analytic output and actioning of insights to ensure success in the online channel. Drives account specific eCommerce Intelligence strategy development, implementation, and maintenance along with providing analytic support to eCommerce Marketing enabling them to develop best in class go to market strategies in the constantly evolving online sales channel. All intelligence output will involve development of relevant and actionable KPIs, dashboards, tools and processes to monitor eCommerce business by exception setting up flags that initiate immediate actioning to relevant teams.
  • Responsible for managing the Vendor/Seller Central for our Amazon account and other retailer databases as required to ensure optimal online performance and resolution of operational issues. Flags issues to appropriate teams to address issues identified and submit cases to Amazon as required following up through resolution.
    Knowledge, Experience and Education :
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Data Science or related field is required, Masters preferred
  • 4+ years of eCommerce Business Intelligence experience - strong experience around Web analytics, SEO optimization, SEM, A/B testing, Competitive Analysis, Supply Chain and Financial forecasting, and Gap analysis.
  • Strong leadership qualities but also very much hands on.
  • Strong understanding of the end to end product pricing profile.
  • Experience developing multi-channel Pricing Strategy.
  • Experience working with Brick and Click websites, eRetailers and Marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Merchandising and product Category Management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research, content marketing, knowing what content is most effective on a website, work well with content creators to achieve goals, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience overseeing eCommerce Business Intelligence to support digital strategies, omni channel best practices, eCommerce technologies, and page performance analytics and monitoring.
  • An in-depth understanding of online consumer behaviors, and ability to map and analyze customer journeys and cohorts.
  • Experience with successfully launching concepts and products to a digital audience.
  • Must possess strong knowledge of retail sales and marketing techniques (brick and mortar and online).
  • Experience using data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau is desirable.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in consumer package goods industry preferred.
  • Must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive action with cross functional teams for improvements and key initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all business units with multiple levels of management.
Major Duties / Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing Vendor/Seller Central for our Amazon account and other retailer databases as required to ensure optimal online performance and resolution of issues. Works closely with Content Optimization Analyst to validate findings in Vendor Central and ensure corresponding actions are being addressed related to content.
  • Owns the relationship with external eCommerce Intelligence vendors and agencies (in partnership with IT) to determine which services and technology tools will provide the best view of success for key online KPIs and determine implementation plan. Responsible for identifying areas where an external partner is needed for a toolset or service and determine best path forward owning the relationship with that vendor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
