Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics

We are currently looking for a a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics for our Sales Team in Allegan MI .   Manage promotional analytics by providing insights and 'story telling' with data regarding the best promotions in terms of lift, spend, and profitability to the Sales & Marketing organization. Utilize syndicated data and internal shipment/profit reports to recommend stopping certain activities and replacing with better promotions for the retailer and Perrigo.  Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop final recommendations. Conduct ROI studies on individual promotional events. Gain alignment on methodology and key variables to consider for analysis.  Gather data from multiple sources, manipulate and analyze to provide robust reporting & insights.  Leverage 'story-telling' format to add value to internal Sales team and external retailer partners. Lead the development and implementation of a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) process. This includes but is not limited to budgeting tools, planning processes, cost & deduction guidelines, and post-promotion analysis.  Propose new processes and procedures to streamline the entire life cycle of promotions.  Develop 'sell decks', analyze both historical and forecast data to support proposals.  Present to senior leadership and all levels of sales. Key contributor in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process preparing promotional analytics, leading teams through impact to overall financial and operational forecast, present results to leadership at meetings. Create concise, insightful reporting including promotional opportunities in the pipeline for key customers and across all consumer healthcare categories. Analyze promotional opportunities provided by sales (Salesforce.com), vetting with teams, and providing senior level management visibility to activities in the pipeline. This includes weekly/monthly standard reporting as well as ad hoc requests. Understand consumer promotion dynamics in-store and provide relevant reporting & recommendations to Shopper Marketing team on what works/what doesn't. Serve as the owner of all promotional insights and data for the commercial organization. Become a trusted source for historical promotion activity and forward-looking promo forecast.  Assist the commercial analytics team in other projects such as SKU rationalization, Short-Dated inventory sell in, Annual Account Planning, management level reporting, new product launch management, and any variety of ad hoc requests needed to support the Commercial Organization. Skills Required: Minimum 7-10 years analytic experience with a Bachelors degree in finance or related.  2-3 years experience with IRI/Nielsen or other syndicated data sources. Technical aptitude.  Ability to extract data from multiple sources including SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, and other tools as necessary. Ability to quickly learn software applications or other new technology needed to conduct analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Skilled in formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, matching/merging, summarizing data, formatting, etc. Passion for digging in to data, extracting insights and creating actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable solutions and recommended improvements to drive business results - 'story-telling' Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving initiatives, process development or improvement and problem solving. Good, working knowledge of syndicated retailer data (IRI, Nielsen) Ability to function well in a team environment.Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work autonomously. Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
