Manager, SAP Applications

Perrigo is seeking a Manager, SAP Applications to join their team located in Allegan, MI within their North American Headquarters.  The Manager, SAP Applications will manage the development and deployment of SAP configuration for assigned groups.  They will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate testing and documentation is completed for each project. Responsibilities: Work with Perrigo Business Transformation Architects, subject matter experts, and Business key functions to gather and document process flows, requirements and business value drivers, and develop estimates for assigned projects Develop solutions which meet business requirements and prepare and work with Business key functions to present solutions to the business users to lead decisions selecting the best solutions for configuration, customization and process change functions Assign and prioritize projects among subordinate staff and ensure their training and development Manage continued use and maintenance of multiple modules or projects through ticket management, user instructions and identification of root causes of recurring problems or trends Serve as an expert resource to all SAP teams, and facilitate support within IT&S Develop solutions in coordination with other IT staff, including programmers, Basis, infrastructure, and project managers Monitor change control and validation documentation Review, debug, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces or enhancements supporting assigned modules and projects Required Experience: Excellent analytical & communication skills, and the ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements are essential Complete understanding of computer systems validation concepts, change control procedures, and multiple modules of SAP systems; and full knowledge of both configuration and customization standards are required.  Comprehensive understanding of SAP master data elements, data mapping and data conversion is necessary, and the ability to read and interpret process flow documentation and translate this into configuration and customization requirements is also required. Ability to test programming and interfaces, and debug programs is also required.   The ability to identify the impact of process or data across more than one functional area or SAP module is necessary.  Excellent management skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize projects across team members and their individual capabilities is necessary.  Must be able to represent the group to IT and business leadership in prioritizing projects or explaining costs of customization.   Must work effectively with end users, subject matter experts, and Business Process Architects and business leaders to gather requirements, present solutions and lead in the selection of the best solutions.  Excellent skills in MS Word, Power Point, Visio, and Crystal reporting, and experience in a regulated environment, particularly FDA, is required. These skills are normally acquired through possession of a Bachelordegree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant business discipline, combined with 8 to 10 years experience as a SAP Business Analyst.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
