Business Project Manager Sales

Perrigo is the world's largest manufacturer of over-the-counter ("OTC") healthcare products and supplier of infant formulas for the store brand market. The Company also is a leading provider of branded OTC products throughout Europe and the U.S., as well as a leading producer of "extended topical" prescription drugs. Perrigo, headquartered in Ireland, sells its products primarily in North America and Europe, as well as in other markets, including Australia, Israel and China.
We are currently looking for a Business Project Manager for our Allegan MI Sales and Marketing Headquarters.
Job Purpose:
Lead and motivate cross functional teams to support business growth initiatives. Responsible for project planning, estimating, tracking and scope management ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business needs. Ensures timely and on budget project completion through use of Project Management fundamentals and disciplines. Provides structure, order and accountability to metrics through use of scorecards and applicable trackers dictated by project type. Works closely with business functional areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Retailer Sourcing team(s), and Leadership) to articulate project progress, status and proposals for issue resolution. Utilizes previous experience and knowledge to effectively execute, sustain, and improve business processes through use of tools such as Lean principals. Ensures compliance with changing regulatory and FDA requirements. Builds customer (internal and external) relationships through joint partnerships and collaboration.
Responsible for effective execution, maintenance and ongoing improvement of processes. Projects range from large scale initiatives (i.e. Business Simplification) to supporting retailer portfolio optimization efforts and developing sustainable business processes.
Knowledge, Experience and Education:
The incumbent must possess a bachelor's degree.
Project Management certification or at least 3 years Project Management experience (preferably within the Sales and Marketing discipline).
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and senior management.
Strong influence skills and ability to work well with teams in a proactive, positive, collaborative and constructive manner.
Retail or Pharmaceutical experience a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting progress against project goals.
Required to be on-site at retailer as projects dictate.
Excellent computer skills are necessary including the entire Microsoft suite of software.
Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
Major Duties / Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects for the department, collaborating with internal teams as well as multiple cross functional departments gaining alignment on key objectives and deliverables. Ensure on time project completion while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible for project planning, estimating, tracking, and scope management of direct day-to-day activities through team meetings for the duration of their involvement in the project.
Secure management support and hold team members accountable to participation, timelines and expectations. Regularly communicate progress as well as roadblocks and spearhead issue resolution. Manage project changes; resolve or escalate project issues through use of red flags and scope changes.
Record and distribute decisions and actions to appropriate stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.
Responsible for project portfolio collection and distribution of key milestones across all internal workstreams in conjunction with retailer deliverables to ensure executional alignment and barrier breakdowns.
Define and gain alignment on key target goals/metrics, tracking success across all workstreams internally and externally (i.e. hit/miss) reporting quarterly on accomplishments and barriers to achieve them.
Work with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities that align to key metrics. Develop & maintain roadmap efforts and gain management consensus for prioritization of efforts & team member support
Conducts Post Launch reviews to obtain learnings and incorporate recommended process improvements to ensure sustainability of future launches

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
