Senior Benefits & Well-Being Analyst

Description As a Senior Benefits & Well-Being Analyst focusing on our HEALTHYyou well-being program, you will have the opportunity to impact the health and well-being of Perrigo employees and their families by leading and contributing to a wide variety of complex well-being projects and programs involving the strategy, design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication. You will interface with key stakeholders, vendors and employees, ensuring delivery of key objectives. You will partner with your colleagues and stakeholders to ensure well-being programs are fully integrated into the Company culture and benefits ecosystem, while maintaining compliance and ensuring quality standards are met. You will analyze program effectiveness (benchmark data, engagement, utilization, trends, productivity, outcomes, etc.) to assist in development of long-term global strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities. As a self-starter, you will have the opportunity to continue to significantly expand your technical and project management skills, taking on increasingly higher levels of responsibilities.     Requirements/Qualifications Excellent knowledge and understanding of employee well-being programs and benefit plans (health and welfare,) operations and compliance are required. Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead/manage projects to meet established objectives/deadlines are essential. Demonstrated expertise in analysis and problem solving. Ability to be nimble and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and ability to manage competing priorities, Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with the appropriate sense of urgency. Exceptional customer service skills using diplomacy and sensitivity, excellent written communication skills and knowledge of effective program promotion through various mediums are preferred. Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office suite, proficient to advance skills in Excel, and experience with HRIS systems are essential. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is necessary; Seven to ten years of experience in benefits and well-being administration, implementation, analysis, and vendor management are necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
