Project Manager, eCommerce Governance and Technology

We are currently looking for aProject Manager in eCommerce Governance andTechnologyfor our Allegan Mi Group. Directly responsible for eCommerce project management leading eCommerce process development with cross functional teams across the organization, eCommerce specific content upgrade and improvement initiatives, leading key initiatives identified as opportunities for growth and expansion and finally leading eCommerce technology implementation from the business side in very close partnership with IT&S ensuring both sides stay in sync during the implementation.  Also responsible for overall governance of eCommerce specific business processes to ensure change is driven across the organization enabling growth in this channel.  Lastly, this role will require digital technology knowledge and aptitude as they will own the 'adaptation of technology' for the business as this channel evolves and provide recommendations for expansion and evolution.  They will work closely with IT to determine which technology tools will provide the best view of success for key online KPIs along with owning the vendor relationships recommending evolution of relationship or toolset as capabilities evolve. Knowledge, Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field is required, Masterspreferred 5+ years of eCommerce Project Management experience - strong experience around Web analytics, SEO optimization, SEM, A/B testing, Competitive Analysis, Product Development, Supply Chain and Financial forecasting, and Gap analysis. Project Management certification is preferred. Strong leadership qualities but also very much hands on. Strong understanding of the "end to end" product pricing profile. Experience working with Brick and Click websites, eRetailers and Marketplaces. Strong understanding of Digital Merchandising and product Category Management. Strong project management skills. Thorough knowledge and experience overseeing eCommerce Project Management to supportdigital strategies, omni channel best practices, eCommerce technologies, and page performance analytics and monitoring. Experience establishing end to end cross-functional Project Management life cycle process at a large, multichannel organization. Experience successfully managing and delivering large cross-functional eCommerce projects. An in-depth understanding of online consumer behaviors, and ability to map and analyze customer journeys and cohorts. Experience with successfully launching concepts and products to a digital audience. Must possess strong knowledge of retail sales and marketing techniques (brick and mortar and online). Experience using Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project. Experience using data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau is desirable. 3+ years of progressively responsibleexperience in consumer package goods industry preferred. Must exhibit leadership and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to drive action with cross functional teams for improvements and key initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence across all business units with multiple levels of management. Responsible for development of relevant and actionable KPIs, dashboards, tools, and processes to monitor progress and keep key stakeholders informed of status, roadblocks and issues. Accountable for overall governance of eCommerce specific business processes to ensure change is driven across the organization enabling growth in this channel Responsible for digital technology knowledge and aptitude on the team as they will own the 'adaptation of technology' for the business as this channel evolves and provide recommendations for expansion and evolution.  They will work closely with IT to determine which technology tools will provide the best view of success for key online KPIs along with owning the vendor relationships recommending evolution of relationship or toolset as capabilities evolve.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
